It is necessary to remove all accesses if an employee quits . Put your request in this section. NOTE: Make sure that an employee quits the organization and doesn't moving to another department. If so, put a ticket in the Access for the CURRENT employee section.

If you have any suggestions for improving the platform or Backoffice, or if you think something is inconvenient and needs to be done differently, then pass it on to your manager / Team Leader. You do NOT need to leave a ticket!
